EVENT RIIICHARD by Norman Briski
WHEN December 18th 8pm December 19th 8pm
DESCRIPTION
The revulsion to be King paradoxically leads a soldier to be emperor to distribute the rights equally, as if they were white and red roses, among the citizens. A sepoy wastes no time in dedicating a few hendecasyllables to him condemning him as a selfish and hunchbacked infanticide. Regardless of his scoliosis, Ricardo was "limping", but with purpose. His honesty as a guerrilla fighter and his aversion to war unleash a cruelty that, deep down, is nothing but the compulsion to promote lucidity among the people.
